Before you join

Do I need to already own a rental?

No. The Intro Series is built for three starting points at once: hosting your own property, co-hosting someone else's, or deciding this isn't for you before you spend a dollar on one. Session 1 helps you figure out which.

Why $25/month instead of a one-time course fee?

Because ABH Academy isn't staying at 16 sessions. Membership means you're not paying again for Property Management Pro, Hosting Pro, or the Investor Series when they open — and your $25 rate never increases, even as the price for new members does.

Is this legal or tax advice?

No — the Understanding Legalities session covers what to ask a licensed attorney or CPA in your state, not a substitute for one. Real estate and short-term rental rules vary by city and change often.

What if I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account. Your progress and completed sessions stay exactly where you left them if you come back later — nothing is deleted.
